Three (3) important things:
1. This salon has been very lucky to not have to close for any Covid cases AND I would like to keep it that way. So, appointments will be highly requested (please see the perks of booking an appointment above). The appointments help with time to maintain the continued cleaning process as well as having less people left in the waiting room. Of course walk-ins are still welcome, but an appointment IS required if there are more than two (2) people. Masks are still optional.
*Please be on time to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment there may be a chance that you will not be able to do the full time. Also, if you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $3.00 fee if you have the Unlimited package OR a ten (10) minute deduction for the Minutes package. If you miss a Spray Tan appointment you will be charged an additional $3.00 on your next appointment, and if you miss a Red-Light therapy appointment, a $3.00 fee will be charged.
2. Please be advised that our schedule is based on Appointments, which means there may be late openings, a lunch run closure or early closure if there are no bookings. To make an appointment, you may call the salon at 603-532-8433, use the online booking tab here named "Book/Buy", book on our FaceBook page, or find us on Gloss Genius https://northerntropics.glossgenius.com. Please note that if you do use our online booking tool, the appointment is NOT CONFIRMED until we send a response back. If we have not responded within an hour of our business hours, please feel free to call the salon at the above number. If you have not received a confirmation within the hour, please contact the salon at 603-532-8433.
3. Also, please be advised that we now charge a 3% transaction fee for all credit card purchases (this also includes debit and gift cards). If you would like to avoid this fee you may do so by paying with cash, check and Venmo (be sure that Venmo is NOT on purchase protection). We appreciate your business and support.
Finally, please do not enter our business if you are sick or have been exposed to someone who tested positive with Covid without the proper quarantine days.
The perks and benefits of having an appointment (especially during busy season). An appointment time is considered 1 hour before or more. And, an appointment is required for more than TWO (2) people:
* No waiting. When arriving at your specified time, you will be instantly addressed and directed to your scheduled room. Please be advised though that this pertains to your exact scheduled time.
* You will receive $1.00 off of all sample packets and 15% off of all bottled lotions no minimum.
* And best of all, you get to pick your specific service, and a time that fits your schedule.
